We specialise in fine art printing. That means we make the highest quality prints suitable for sale, collection or display as art. We make individual prints as well as editions. We work with some of the most prestigious galleries and museums in the US and abroad as well as artists and photographers looking to print their work. The prints we make are digital i.e. suitable for outputting images that are created on a computer orr shared digitally—especially photography—though we can also capture traditional 2d artworks for high quality reproduction.
We prefer web submission of files via our upload page. Once we have received your files we proof on screen and if there are no obvious problems we’ll go ahead and print them on proofing paper. This is to check for accuracy of color and issues of focus and/or resolution. We’ll email you when your proofs are ready so you can come in to check them. This first proof is free and if approved we will go ahead and make the final print for you. Otherwise we’ll discus the issues and help you decide how to rectify any problems in the file. If the proof is rejected and no final print made then there is a nominal charge of $10 per proof. This is also the cost of any repeat proofs.
The process of inkjet printing takes 48 hours for a straightforward job. This includes 24 hours to prepare the proof and another 24 hours to make the final giclee print once the proof is approved. Larger print quantities can take several days but rarely more than a week. More complex work such as mounting, stretching canvas prints and special order inkjet papers can require longer so please ask for an estimate. We can turn things around faster but will charge rush fees for any same day work.
We ask for a 50% deposit to proceed with large orders only. For payment we accept all credit and debit cards. Payments can be made in person or online but we do not accept checks or mailed payments. All items must be paid for on collection. We do not offer credit, accounts or terms of any kind.
